RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Property & Facility Administrative Support Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Property & Facility Management Division.

Mission

Support to the Global Planning Facility & Energy Efficiency Management team in reporting and cost monitoring activities

We offer a fixed term contract (maternity leave).

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Global Planning Facility & Energy Efficiency Management team in the planning and monitoring activities of Property & Facility projects;
  • Support in the preparation of the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and implementation of Property&Facility and Energy costs;
  • Monitor and analyze energy costs;
  • Monitor performance indicators of the group and analyze causes of unexpected;
  • Manage parallel priorities and projects, ensuring high quality and on-time deliverables;
  • Collaborate with other group functions, such as Property&Facility, Management Control, Business functions, HSE and ESG teams, to perform objectives

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular reference to the Excel application;
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational and management skills;
  • Attention to detail and precision;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity and ability to collaborate;
