RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Property & Facility Administrative Support Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Property & Facility Management Division.
Mission
Support to the Global Planning Facility & Energy Efficiency Management team in reporting and cost monitoring activities
We offer a fixed term contract (maternity leave).
Key Accountabilities
- Support the Global Planning Facility & Energy Efficiency Management team in the planning and monitoring activities of Property & Facility projects;
- Support in the preparation of the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and implementation of Property&Facility and Energy costs;
- Monitor and analyze energy costs;
- Monitor performance indicators of the group and analyze causes of unexpected;
- Manage parallel priorities and projects, ensuring high quality and on-time deliverables;
- Collaborate with other group functions, such as Property&Facility, Management Control, Business functions, HSE and ESG teams, to perform objectives

Education
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular reference to the Excel application;
- Ability to work in a team and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational and management skills;
