RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Procurement Centre Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Procurement, Property & Facility Management Division.

Mission

The candidate will support the purchasing function by being involved in the management of procurement processes. 
The resource, once acquired the mastery of the systems and the minimum experience, will be involved independently or in collaboration with a Referent on projects within the function.

Job Responsibilities

  • Vendor management, master data, analysis, (Microsoft D365, Excel/Pivot, Word, Powerpoint);
  • Negotiation with suppliers;
  • Management of the assistance service to "internal customers";
  • Assistance and completion of purchase requests and issuing of standard orders;
  • Management of contracts or Framework Agreements;
  • Planning and management of purchese activities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Engineering General
