RINA is currently recruiting for an Italy HR Employment Administrator to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Human Resources Division. We offer a fixed-term contract (maternity leave).

Mission

The ideal candidate will support the administrative process of employment management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the administrative employment management process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collection, drafting, and recording of documentation related to the employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.).
  • Management of intern enrollments
  • Manage the personnel database software and the electronic storage of personnel files, ensuring the timely and effective updating of HR databases
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures on HR-related issues

Education

Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree in Economics or Law

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Strong team working skills and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Success Factors software will be a plus
