RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Social Media Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Communication Division

Mission

This internship offers a unique learning opportunity for fresh graduates interested in social media and digital communication.
The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in developing editorial strategies, managing analytics, and creating content for RINA’s social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn).  #LI-MR1

Tasks

Editorial strategy and analytics  

  • Learn how to design and implement a social media editorial plan aligned with corporate objectives.  
  • Support the monitoring and analysis of performance metrics to refine content strategies. 
  • Research new social media trends and audience preferences to propose new content ideas.  

Content creation  

  • Write social media posts in English and Italian, both for RINA’s corporate accounts and for personal profiles.  
  • Support the setup and management of social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget monitoring, and performance evaluation.  
  • Acquire skills in using graphic and video editing tools to create carousels, edit photos, and subtitle videos for social media.  

Education

Master’s Degree in Communication and Media or Marketing

Requirements

  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.  
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.   
  • Interest in Generative AI tools and their application in content creation.  
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).   
  • Teamwork attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.  
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital content creation is a plus.
