Internship - Property and Facility Advisor

Mission

The Intern will join the Property & Facility Management team, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to both technical and administrative activities.

Key Accountabilities

The selected candidate: 

• Will assist the Local Property & Facility Unit in any technical, maintenance and administrative activity related to Property & Facility Management. 
  In particular, the selected candidate will be involved in learning about the management of physical workspaces and all activities necessary to make the buildings operational, productive, and safe.
• Will be trained to support facility management in managing, organizing, and coordinating workspaces, including all services, commodities, and utilities that ensure the functionality and comfort required to meet company objectives.
• Will be also involved in learning about property activies as contracts, management and control of condominium expenses and all activities related to property management.

Education

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preference for Civil or Building or Management). 
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
• Proficient use of Autocad
• Good level of Italian and English, essential for effective communication with collegues.
• Ability to work in a team, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
