RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Property & Facility Technical Support Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Property & Facility Management Division.

Mission

Support the the Property & Facility team in all technical and maintenance activities related to Facility Management. The role provides an opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in managing physical workspaces and ensuring that buildings remain fully operational, safe, and efficient.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of maintenance activities related to buildings, structures, and equipment

  • Support the organization of workspaces and the delivery of services, utilities, and resources necessary for employee productivity and well-being

  • Contribute to ensuring health and safety standards are upheld in all facility operations

  • Maintain effective relationships with external suppliers and service providers

  • Learn and support the use of facility management software to track and manage maintenance activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help maintain a comfortable, safe, and functional work environment

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management
