RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Office Services Specialist to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Property & Facility Management Division.
Mission
This role fosters a well-organized, welcoming, and efficient workplace environment. Through seamless coordination of mail and logistics, meticulous document management, and attentive oversight of facilities such as company badges, canteen services, and green areas, this position supports daily operations and enhances the overall employee experience. The individual in this role contributes significantly to maintaining the company’s standards for functionality and employee wellbeing.
Key Accountabilities
- Receive and accurately sort incoming mail and packages, distributing them to relevant departments or individuals.
- Prepare and document all outgoing mail and packages for timely shipment.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of all incoming and outgoing mail transactions.
- Oversee the guest house in Genoa, ensuring it meets high standards of service and comfort for all visitors.
- Coordinate the issuance and management of company badges, ensuring proper access control.
- Regularly monitor and assess the quality of canteen services, coordinating with vendors to address any issues.
- Monitor and maintain company green areas, ensuring they are kept well-groomed and accessible for employees.
