RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Maritime Cyber Security Engineer to join its office in Genoa within the Mediterranean and Africa Marine Consulting Division.

Mission

Rina is looking for an Engineer to join an internship within its Cyber Security Team in the maritime sector, with the aim of developing technical and methodological skills in naval cyber security.

Key Accountabilities

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the team's senior consultants and contribute, in an on-the-job training context, to the development and review of the technical documentation required for the management of cyber security on board naval units.

• Support for the collection and organization of technical information relating to on-board systems
• Collaboration in the structuring of Vessel Asset Inventories
• Support for preliminary analyzes in the context of Cyber Risk Assessments
• Contribution to the preparation and review of fleet cyber documentation
• Support in the management of technical information coming from shipowners, shipyards and system suppliers #LI-MT3

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Telecommunications Engineering, Naval Engineering or related disciplines
Interest in issues related to the field of cyber security
Accuracy in work and in compiling technical documentation
Strong teamwork skills, proactivity, and eagerness to learn

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security

Master’s Degree in Engineering General
