RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - MEP, Innovation & Building Engineering to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Civil Engineering Division.
Mission
The intern will be involved in innovative projects dedicated to building engineering and sustainability, with a particular focus on HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and energy efficiency. Job Responsibilities
- Support the team in designing air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
- Training and collaboration in creating technical schematics, CAD drawings, and project specifications.
- Training on perform thermomechanical analyses for HVAC system sizing and thermo-energy modeling for energy audits and dynamic simulations.
- Contribute to the selection of components and materials based on project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Training on conduction of detailed energy analyses to identify innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Support the evaluation and integration of renewable energy sources in buildings and districts, both during construction and renovation phases.
- Research and evaluate innovative technologies to enhance energy efficiency and reduce emissions.
- Training on project management and monitoring activities, interacting with suppliers and clients to ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards.
- Verify regulatory compliance of projects and contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations in both Italian and English. #LI-AU5
