RINA is currently recruiting for an Internship - Labour Relations & Employment Law to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Human Resources Division.

Mission

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support activities related to labour relations and employment law, gaining experience in managing company-employee dynamics, collective bargaining, and labour law compliance.

Key Accountabilities

You will have the opportunity to learn and support the following activities:

  • Assisting in the management of labour relations and actively participating in the preparation of documentation for negotiations with trade unions, fostering valuable negotiation skills.
  • Supporting the drafting, interpretation, and application of individual and collective employment contracts, contributing to the development and maintenance of effective and fair employment practices.
  • Staying updated on Italian labour law regulations and industrial relations practices, ensuring compliance and best practices within the organization.
  • Collaborating on the analysis and review of company policies to align them with current regulations, promoting an environment of transparency and adherence to legal standards.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation related to personnel management and union agreements, enhancing communication and documentation skills.
  • Working closely with the HR team to address issues related to employment relationship management, contributing to a healthy and productive work environment.

Education

Master’s Degree in Law

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Previous experience in projects related to legal compliance or contract negotiation is considered a plus.
