Mission

RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Junior Learning Execution Support to join its office in Genoa within the Open Innovation Hubs Team. The internship aims to provide support the effective coordination and delivery of training activities by ensuring the proper management of course planning, trainer qualification processes, and customer requests, while contributing to a smooth and efficient learning experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

Sorting and managing the shared mailbox to correctly route requests to the relevant internal stakeholders (Sales/Administration)
Providing support to users for platform registration and information requests
Directing customer training requests to the Sales team so that the related training needs analysis can be carried out
Supporting the planning process for scheduled training courses, from aligning dates with trainers to promoting the courses
Supporting the trainer qualification process, from the selection stage through to qualification assignment for specific courses

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Knowledge of main AI tools (e.g. Copilot) is considered a plus
Interest in innovation, research.
Willingness to learn within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Advanced English proficiency required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Literature or Other

Master’s Degree in Economics
