RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Junior Consultant to join its office in Genova or Rozzano within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.
Education
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (such as Power BI, Python, or R) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interact effectively with a team.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- A proactive and curious mindset with a keen interest in economic strategy, finance, and business consulting.
Key Accountabilities
• Learn to perform economic and financial assessments, including feasibility analyses, cost‑benefit evaluations, and the appraisal of investment scenarios.
• Learn how to construct financial models and develop business cases, applying quantitative methodologies to interpret market dynamics and economic indicators.
• Learn how to structure market analyses to highlight industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with different organizational functions in order to integrate economic and financial perspectives into broader strategic discussions.
• Participate effectively in meetings and collaborative sessions, contributing ideas that foster innovative strategic thinking.
