RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Internal Communication Specialist to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Communication Division
Mission
The ideal candidate will learn and practice how to develop internal communication plans and create engaging content through different tools. More specifically, the candidate will learn and practice how to:
- Support in the planning and execution of internal staff events, such as town halls, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities, while learning how to manage all aspects of event coordination.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and communications, while gaining experience in organizational processes.
- Learn how to ensure events align with the company’s culture and objectives, contributing to the overall success of each event.
- Create content for internal communication channels (Intranet news, newsletter, emails, presentations, etc.)
- Create editorial plans
- Manage webpages through a Content Management System (Sharepoint)
- Be part of the development of internal communication projects, events and initiatives
Education
Desired Skills
- Good level of Italian and English (C1 level would be a plus)
- Passion for communication and knowledge of internal communication trends
- Dynamic, proactive and empathic approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Good team player with a natural inclination to create a positive work environment
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems
- Good knowledge of Office 365
- Fundamentals of data analysis (e.g. number of viewers, page views)
- Fundamentals of graphics
