RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Innovation Analyst to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Innovation Division.
Mission
Support the development, coordination, and implementation of global innovation initiatives, focusing on strategic projects, Internally funded R&I initiatives (i.e., innovation projects that don't rely on external funding but drive strategic growth), and open innovation programs within the Global Innovation Division. #LI-MR1
Key Accountabilities
- Support the Internally funded R&I strategy and roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and update internal innovation processes, and assist in managing innovation-driven projects across various corporate functions.
- Support the planning, execution, and management of open innovation initiatives, including Call4Startup programs, hackathons, innovation challenges, and co-creation projects, assisting in the scouting and evaluation of external partners, startups, and innovative solutions.
- Help with research and analysis of emerging trends & technologies, market insights, and external innovation ecosystems to inform both internal and open innovation strategies.
- Assist in tracking and reporting the progress of innovation initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive innovation and ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to the promotion of innovation initiatives, enhancing visibility and engagement both within and outside the organization.
