RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Innovation Analyst to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Innovation Division.

Mission

Support the development, coordination, and implementation of global innovation initiatives, focusing on strategic projects and Unfunded R&I initiatives (i.e., innovation projects that don’t rely on external funding but drive strategic growth), within the Global Innovation Division. #LI-MR1

Key Accountabilities

  1. Support the Unfunded R&I strategy and roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and update internal innovation processes. 
  2. Assist in managing and supporting innovation-driven projects across various corporate functions. 
  3. Help with research and analysis of emerging trends & technologies, and market insights to inform innovation strategies. 
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovation processes, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement. 
  5. Assist in tracking and reporting the progress of innovation initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate data collection. 
  6. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive innovation and ensure smooth project execution. 
  7. Contribute to the promotion of Unfunded R&I initiatives, enhancing visibility and engagement within the organization.
