RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Executive Assistant to join its office in Genoa, Italy.

 

 

What You’ll Learn & Do

Join us for a hands-on experience where you’ll develop the core skills and competencies of an exceptional Personal Assistant. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Efficiently manage calendars, schedule appointments, and set reminders to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Handle and organize email and written correspondence for senior leadership

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and accommodation bookings

  • Draft, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and various business documents

  • Support administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing documents

  • Prepare meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and assist in organizing events and meetings

 

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress – a plus, not a must)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • A proactive attitude and strong sense of initiative

  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs

  • Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in every interaction

  • Strong communication skills, both in English and Italian
