RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Executive Assistant to join its office in Genoa, Italy.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Join us for a hands-on experience where you’ll develop the core skills and competencies of an exceptional Personal Assistant. You will have the opportunity to:

Efficiently manage calendars, schedule appointments, and set reminders to ensure smooth daily operations

Handle and organize email and written correspondence for senior leadership

Coordinate travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and accommodation bookings

Draft, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and various business documents

Support administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing documents
-
Prepare meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and assist in organizing events and meetings
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress – a plus, not a must)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

A proactive attitude and strong sense of initiative

High emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs

Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in every interaction

Strong communication skills, both in English and Italian
