RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Agile Practices and Training to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Operational & Organizational Excellence Division.
Mission
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to promoting Agile methodologies across the organization. You will assist the Global Agile Manager in delivering training sessions, preparing educational materials, and organizing workshops to enhance understanding of Agile principles and practices. Additionally, you will provide valuable support to the team in implementing Agile processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. #LI-MR1
Key Accountabilities
Learning and Supporting Agile Practices:
- Assist in organizing Agile-related meetings, workshops, and events, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Help prepare and organize training materials for Agile sessions and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth coordination of Agile processes.
Communication and Content Creation:
- Write and edit articles and other communication materials to promote Agile methodologies within the company.
- Support the creation and distribution of resources to foster an Agile culture.
Coordination and Organization:
- Maintain and organize documentation and materials for Agile training sessions.
- Support in tracking progress and updates for ongoing Agile initiatives.
Education
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Design.
- Interest in learning about Agile principles and methodologies (prior knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and writing abilities in English (fluent proficiency is essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and teamwork.
