RINA is currently recruiting for a International Property & Facility Technical Support Advisor to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Property & Facility Management Division.

Mission

As a Property & Facility Technical Advisor, you will play an active role in the management, optimization, and maintenance of RINA's international offices. You will contribute to ensuring workplace effectivity, operational efficiency, and support the company’s sustainability and space optimization goals. Key Accountabilities

  • Contribute to the strategic planning and optimization of office spaces based on business needs and growth projections
  • Contribute to the continuous analysis of the asset owned or rented by RINA to ensure their correspondence with the business needs and the company policies
  • Support in the new offices’ selection process, in particular by preparing analytics cost analysis and document to be presented outside the Team (e.g. excel files, PPT presentation, etc.)
  • Support in coordinating both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities for buildings and technical systems, in particular analysing existing maintenance processes and vendor performance to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements or alternative solutions
  • Collaborate with local teams to collect and validate office data (e.g., contracts, floor plans, furniture layouts, photos)
  • Assist in the selection and management of service providers for various needs (e.g., Real estate agency, moving services), including market and gap analyses
  • Contribute to cost analysis, project planning, and reporting activities related to facility management initiatives

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
Master’s Degree in Law

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of professional experience, preferably in roles involving critical analysis of documents and data
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite in general

  • Fluency in Italian and strong command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively interact with international stakeholders

  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
