RINA is currently recruiting for a International Partnership Intern to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Partnership, IP & Venturing Management Division.​

Mission

As an Intern within the Partnerships team, you will provide operational support to partnership initiatives involving public, institutional, and private stakeholders. You will contribute to day‑to‑day coordination activities, information gathering, document preparation, and progress tracking, helping the team deliver projects efficiently and consistently. Through this internship, you will gain hands‑on exposure to partnership workflows.

Key Accountabilities

Operational Support to Partnerships
-Support daily activities related to partnerships, including scheduling follow‑ups, information collection, and meeting notes.
-Prepare operational materials (briefs, notes, presentations, partnership sheets) using established templates.
-Support scouting activities and the collection of preliminary information on startups, corporations, and technology partners.

Cross‑Functional Coordination
-Facilitate information flow between the different Partnerships team verticals.

-Maintain and update repositories, documentation, templates, and operational tools.
-Support coordination activities across teams, following established guidelines.

Partnership Governance, KPIs & Reporting
-Gather data for KPIs, dashboards, and partnership monitoring tools.
-Prepare periodic updates, reports, and presentation materials for Steering Committees and Innovation Boards.
-Maintain operational records including notes, activity logs, repositories, and templates.

Education

Master’s Degree in Economics or Marketing

Qualifications

  • Interest in innovation ecosystems, partnerships, and stakeholder management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good analytical and document‑synthesis skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
