RINA is currently recruiting for a Intercompany Accountant to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Planning & Control Division.

Mission

The ideal candidate will be in charge of invoicing and accounting among RINA Group companies, managing related-party transactions and accounts reconciliations, providing reports and financial information to the OU and to the management. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Issue sales invoices to Group companies
  • Record purchase invoices from Group companies
  • Manage accounting transactions
  • Review accounts and carry out account reconciliation
  • Support the intercompany reconciliation process, ensuring timely and accurate cash applications and “in transit” accounts maintenance.

Requirements

  • One-year experience as a Financial Specialist, Financial Analyst, Accountant or relevant role
  • Excellent understanding of accounting and ability to work on accounting software (knowledge of Dynamics D365 F&O is a plus)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including V-lookups and pivot tables
  • Verification and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
