RINA is currently recruiting for a Intercompany Accountant to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Planning & Control Division.

Mission

The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoicing and accounting across RINA Group companies, managing related-party transactions and accounts reconciliations, and providing reports and financial information to the OU and management. #LI-MR1

Job Responsibilities

Issue sales invoices to Group companies
Record purchase invoices from Group companies
Manage accounting transactions
Review accounts and carry out account reconciliation
Support the intercompany reconciliation process, ensuring timely and accurate cash applications and “in transit” accounts maintenance.

Requirements

One year of experience as a Financial Specialist, Financial Analyst, Accountant or relevant role
Excellent understanding of accounting and ability to work on accounting software (knowledge of Dynamics D365 F&O is a plus)
Advanced MS Excel skills, including V-lookups and pivot tables
Verification and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration Finance Management
