RINA is currently recruiting for an Innovation & Strategic Partnerships' Program Intern to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Innovation Division.

Mission

As an intern, you will help ensure the company's competitiveness by supporting business development, partnerships, and venture capital activities aligned with organizational goals. The team will focuses on identifying and leveraging new revenue opportunities, supporting strategic cooperation agreements, and fostering innovation through partnerships and investments.

Key Accountabilities

Supporting the team in managing innovative ideas, analyzing concepts, profiling and characterizing opportunities.
Preparing and updating internal reports and presentations related to new partnerships and venture capital initiatives development process.
Providing operational and administrative support to the team by managing the project pipeline using designated IT systems.
Facilitating smooth operations through collaboration with other internal departments.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate business development opportunities.
Supporting NDA processes and understand MoU drafting.
Participating in internal and external calls to monitor progress and support the execution of projects and cooperation strategies.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Engineering General

Master’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Management Engineering

Qualifications

•   Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken);
•   Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, in particular Power Point, Excel, DevOps
•   Ability to analyse and synthesise
