Mission

RINA is currently recruiting for a Project Advisor (Infrastructure & Mobility Projects Area) to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the RINA Construction Safety Sector

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work on administrative area of Engineering projects in order to:

  • Planning and Monitoring of financial information (Revenues, Costs, WIP, Invoicing, Collection) and share the results with the Manager and with main subjects inside the Business Unit
  • Provide managerial and administrative support to the Manger of Operational Unit (use of IT systems, planning and monitoring supplier qualification / engagement, planning and monitoring invoicing)
  • Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Analyzing operational figures and key performance indicators to identify business or administrative issues, identifying the root causes and implementing corrective actions;
  • Identifying, contributing toward and driving business improvement initiatives and optimizes current processes;
  • Document controller and technical secretary #LI-MP3

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Engineering General is preferable
  • 2/3 years of experience in the same role in the accounting and finance department of a large company
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Access and proficiency Excel)
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus

Education

High School Diploma/GED
