RINA is currently recruiting for a Industry Integration, Planning & Business Support Advisor to join its office in Genoa or Rome, Italy within the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.
Mission
The successful candidate will work on Business Monitoring area of Engineering and Consulting Areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Defining the KPIs pertaining the commercial, operative, quality, technical and financial objectives (order intake, revenues, margins, cash flow, credit collection, resources)
- Monitoring current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures, credit collection, cash flow, order intake.
- Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Analyzing operational figures and key performance indicators to identify business or administrative issues, identifying the root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring timely and high-quality financial reporting and analysis to the BU
- Ensuring analysis and interpretation of financial information to produce forecasts of business and industry
- Identifying, contributing toward and driving business improvement initiatives and optimizes current processes. #LI-MP3

Requirements
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
- At least 2 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Access and proficiency Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and organize monthly and quarterly monitoring activities.
