RINA is currently recruiting for an IT Transformation PMO to join its office in Genoa or Rome (Italy) within the Global IT Governance & PMO Division.

Mission

As an IT PMO, you will support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of IT governance frameworks and policies aligned with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards. Your responsibilities include monitoring IT activities through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing project management support to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

Key Accountabilities

1. Project Support:
- Provide administrative support for IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, support the identification of potential risks or issues, and help implement corrective actions.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
2. Monitoring IT Activities:
- Support the definition, monitoring, and reporting of IT-related KPIs to measure performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Compile and analyze audit data to identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare reports on IT performance for senior management.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Economics

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or a related field.
  • Experience in monitoring IT activities using KPIs and supporting IT project management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
  • Experience in managing IT policies and procedures in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
