RINA is currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager - HR, ESG, Compliance Projects to join its office in Genoa or Rome (Italy) within the Corporate Global IT Operations Division.

Mission

The ideal candidate will support RINA to govern the digital transformation plan from technical and development standpoints, mainly for HR, ESG and compliance systems.

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they meet the scope, quality, and budget requirements
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
  • Apply best practices and methodologies for project management, data analysis, and financial reporting
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision making and problem solving

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Master’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

  • 5 years of proven experience as an IT project manager, with focus on HR, ESG and compliance Projects
  • Advance knowledge of HR processes and tools
  • Familiar with compliance concepts and principles, such as risk management, auditing and more specific rules as GDPR and privacy
  • Strong knowledge and skills in project management tools, such as MS Project
  • Knowledge of data management and data governance frameworks
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
