RINA is currently recruiting for an IT Cloud Infrastructure & Operation Manager to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Infrastructure & Operation Division - Global IT Department


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the IT infrastructure and systems that support the business processes and functions of an organization

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and monitor the IT infrastructure, systems and cloud services, using various tools and methodologies
  • Analyze and report on the IT operations metrics, such as availability, performance, capacity, and SLAs, and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, best practices, such as backup, disaster recovery, security, and compliance, and ensure adherence to them
  • Manage regular maintenance, upgrades, patches, and backups of the IT environments, and test and validate their functionality and reliability
  • Investigate and troubleshoot any IT incidents or problems, and escalate them to the appropriate parties if needed
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the end users and other IT staff, and document the IT operations activities
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can enhance the IT operations capabilities and performance
  • Participate in cloud transformation projects, and migrate and integrate the IT environments to the cloud environment, such as Azure
  • Work in an international environment, and communicate and collaborate with different teams, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization


Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a similar role
  • A deep knowledge of IT operations domains, such as servers, networks, databases, applications, and cloud services, and their management and administration
  • Good Knowledge of Cloud, Multi Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
  • Proficient knowledge of Azure environment, and its services, tools, and platforms, such as Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure Active Directory
  • Good knowledge of enterprise applications landscapes, such as ERP, CRM, BI, ETL and IPaaS, and their configuration, and integration
  • Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) and their configuration, and integration
  • A solid knowledge of IT operations tools and methodologies, such as ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, ISO27001, and their implementation and application
  • English C1 or higher
