RINA is currently recruiting for a HSE Security Assistant to join its office in Genoa, Italy, within the RINA Consulting QOHSE Division.

Mission

A Security Assistant Specialist is required to monitor activities performed in our office and abroad and during business travel from the security point of view. It supports OHSSE to ensure that security is managed correctly and that the environment is safe for employees and visitors. 

Key Accountabilities

The Security Assistant Specialist will take care of Cooperate with the OHSSE M competent and with the Corporate and Global Security Manager for all security aspects, producing risk assessments for RINA offices using Company methodology, applying Corporate policies, developing and implementing security policies and guidelines, procedures and protocols, for the security of Company assets, projects and business travels, Conducting and implementing security risk assessment for business travels, sites and tenders/special projects in support of operational activities, plan and coordinate security operations for specific events in defined offices, coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms in defined offices, review reports on incidents and breaches, investigate and resolve issues, create reports for management on security status, analyze data to form proposals for security improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in engineering is preferred. It is required for the UNI10459 course and, as a plus, the certificate obtained. Proven experience as a security specialist, proficient in the written and spoken English language,   experience in performing security risk assessments, knowledge of security protocols and procedures, a solid understanding of statistical data analysis, and working knowledge of MS Office.
