RINA is currently recruiting for a HSE Engineering Project Manager to join its office in Genoa, Rozzano or Rome, within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.
Mission
As the Health, Safety and Environment Engineering Project Manager at RINA Consulting S.p.A., you will play a crucial role in overseeing and leading projects to ensure successful outcomes that meet client expectations while adhering to strict safety, health, and environmental standards. By collaborating closely with internal teams and clients, you will drive projects from initiation to completion, upholding the highest quality and safety practices in the industry. - Project Management:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan aligned with business goals, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. - Contract Management:
- Ensure compliance with client contracts, anticipate risks, and maintain open communication for timely solutions. - Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary client contact, fostering a strong relationship, providing regular updates, and ensuring client needs are met. - Team Management:
- Lead and coordinate project engineers and team members, offering support and guidance to optimize performance and achieve project objectives. - Budget Management:
- Develop and monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing transparent reporting to stakeholders. - Risk Management:
- Implement risk mitigation strategies, monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure proactive engagement with stakeholders. - Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality control procedures, review project outputs for compliance, and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement. - Documentation and Communication:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and prepare comprehensive project reports summarizing outcomes.
Education
Qualifications
- - +4 years of experience in engineering or technical roles within project environments, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork and meeting deadlines.
- - Proficiency in project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- - Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes relevant to the sector.
- - Knowledge of contracts, client management, and vendor relations.
- - Technical background in technical safety, reliability, operational safety, health & safety permitting, and standards.
- - Fluency in English is mandatory, while Italian fluency is essential and proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
