We are currently recruiting for a HR Employment Administrator to join our office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Human Resources Division.
Mission
In this role, you will support the administration of the employee lifecycle for RINA employees based in Italy, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency across employment-related processes. You will manage employment documentation, maintain HR records and databases, and support the onboarding and administration of interns and trainees. Through your attention to detail and collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to ensuring compliance with labor regulations, company policies and HR administrative standards.
We are offering a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.
Key Accountabilities
Administrative Employment Process Management:
- Collect, draft, and record documentation related to employment relationships, including contracts, relocations, and changes in contractual conditions.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to legal and company standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth transitions and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of employment documentation.
HR Database Management:
- Ensure timely and effective updating of HR databases with accurate employment information.
- Regularly audit database entries for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide support and training to HR team members on database utilization.
Intern/Trainee Support:
- Assist in managing the enrolment process for interns and trainees.
- Support interns/trainees with administrative needs during their placement.
Education
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR administration, personnel administration or office management is considered an advantage; internships, trainee experiences or up to 1 year of experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be considered a plus.

Compensation Data
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480). The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €25,000 and €30,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements. The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
