RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Senior Supply Chain Transformation & Governance Manager to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Supply Chain Improvement and Operations Division.

Mission

Lead the development, maintenance, innovation, and governance of Supply Chain processes, ensuring their digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Drive the implementation and evolution of digital Supply Chain tools and support the team in cross‑functional initiatives, including negotiations with IT‑related suppliers.
Promote consistency, efficiency, and the adoption of best practices across all Supply Chain functions.

Key Accountabilities

Governance & Process Excellence
- Identify, develop, and govern strategic, transversal, and critical Supply Chain processes.
- Ensure the adoption, sharing, and compliance with best practices.
- Monitor and analyze process KPIs, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure consistency and integration of processes across the entire value chain.
Digital Tools & Innovation
- Manage the implementation, deployment, testing, and maintenance of Supply Chain digital tools.
- Identify and propose innovative digital solutions to support process efficiency.
- Guarantee segregated and traceable management of digitalized processes.
- Support the roll-out of Group-wide digital platforms (e.g., Supply Chain Platform).
Transformation & Change Enablement
- Stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in Supply Chain Management to maintain competitiveness and innovation.
- Support the design, development, and roll-out of transformation initiatives.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and methodological consistency across functions and geographies.
- Contribute to defining future operating models for the Supply Chain.
Budget & Performance Planning
- Support the development of the Supply Chain budget by integrating and harmonizing inputs from various functions.
- Ensure methodological consistency and accuracy in analyses.
- Support monitoring and review cycles of the budget.
Supplier & IT Interaction
- Support the team in negotiations with suppliers involved in IT-related Supply Chain processes and tools.
- Collaborate with Procurement and IT to ensure alignment on priorities, requirements, and performance.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Supply Chain Management

Qualifications

- About 10 years of experience in supply chain transformation, process governance, or procurement management.
- Experience in digitalization of supply chain processes, implementation of digital tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong background in budget planning and management, particularly in a cross-functional supply chain environment.
- Experience in supplier relationship management, negotiation, and contract management, especially in IT procurement.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Expertise in digital tools and platforms for supply chain management (e.g., ERP, Procurement Systems, Data Analytics Tools).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPIs monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of emerging supply chain trends, innovations, and industry benchmarks.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement transformation strategies for optimizing supply chain operations.
