RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Senior Supply Chain Data Analytics & Integration Process Owner to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Supply Chain Improvement and Operations Division.
Mission
The Senior Data Analytics & Integration Process Owner leads the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of data, systems integration, and end‑to‑end process flows across Procurement and Supply Chain.
The role ensures that data, interfaces, and processes enable high‑performance sourcing, supplier management, and operational excellence.
It requires a proactive leader capable of anticipating issues, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and driving strategic improvements that support business growth.
The role is also pivotal in onboarding new business units and supporting M&A initiatives, ensuring full alignment to global procurement standards, systems, and data governance.
Key Accountabilities
Leadership in Data Analytics & Data Governance
-Champion the adoption of data‑driven decision‑making across Procurement and Supply Chain.
-Develop and maintain analytical frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs supporting category strategies, supplier performance, and global visibility.
-Establish and uphold data governance standards ensuring consistency, quality, and reliability.
-Apply advanced technical capabilities (Power BI, data modeling, AI‑driven tools, prompt engineering) to enhance business logic and process efficiency.
Integration Process Ownership
-Own and continuously improve the integration between procurement systems and ERP platforms.
-Resolve complex system issues and lead root‑cause investigations for recurrent data/interface problems.
-Act as strategic advir for integration opportunities, risks, and system performance impacts.
Process Improvement Across Procurement & Supply Chain
-Support global process standardization (S2C, P2P, supplier onboarding) ensuring efficiency, compliance, and digital readiness.
-Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify pain points and build data‑ or system‑driven solutions.
-Promote a culture of continuous improvement through structured problem‑solving methods.
Systems Implementation, BU Onboarding & M&A Support
-Serve as integration lead for the onboarding of new business units, providing direction, governance, and issue resolution.
-Lead procurement data and system integration for M&A initiatives (due diligence, migration, harmonization, stabilization).
-Drive change management, communication, and training to secure global adoption of processes and systems.
-Contribute actively to transformation and innovation initiatives across Corporate Functions and BUs.
Education
Qualifications
'-10+ years experience in supply chain, data management, business analytics, or ERP/system integration roles.
-Proven leadership in cross‑functional and global environments.
-Advanced knowledge of procurement processes (S2C, P2P, supplier management).
-Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and integration technologies (APIs, automation tools, data architecture).
-Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with automation or AI‑based tools is a plus.
-Experience in process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
