Global IT Security Manager

RINA is currently recruiting for a Global IT Security Manager to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global IT Security Division.

Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to identifying evolutionary paths of the technologies and processes adopted in RINA in the Cyber Security area in order to keep the solutions necessary for the protection of data and infrastructures updated over time
- Contribute, from the point of view of information security, to the architecture and technical solution design in compliance with the functional requirements expressed by the applicant (customer, service manager, business partner…)
- Support in definition of Cyber Security guidelines applicable to both new projects and daily operations
- Analyze and evaluate the new initiatives proposed by the various organizational structures of RINA in order to identify any vulnerabilities of the solution and consequently propose the necessary changes to guarantee the necessary IT security standards
- Contribute to the introduction or evolution of internal management processes aimed at ensuring adequate levels of security without penalizing at the same time the quality of the services provided to customers of RINA
Education
Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in IT Cyber Security solution design and operations
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and complex projects working with different IT departments
The role will require solid hands-on expertise going in especially around the technical skills required below:
- Endpoint & Identity Protection Solutions and Best Practices (MS Azure Security tools & Defender, Darktrace, Akamai, etc.)
- Multi Factor Authentication
- Cloud Security
- Zero Trust Solutions and Operations (NAC, PAM, etc.)
- Security Infrastructure and systems monitoring and troubleshooting
- CyberSecurity vulnerabilities evaluation and remediation
Nice to have: CyberSecurity certifications
