RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Group Financial Planning & Reporting Advisor - Categorie Protette 68/99 to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Financial Planning, Accounting & Reporting Division.
Mission
As a Business Financial Reporting & Analysis Advisor, you will contribute to the delivery of accurate and reliable financial reporting, planning, and analysis at Group level, providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making across global operations. This opportunity is currently open to candidates registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the preparation of Group Financial Reporting on a monthly basis
- Assist in the calculation and monitoring of key financial KPIs
- Contribute to the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-term planning processes for Group P&L, Cash flow, Balance Sheet and financial KPIs
- Support the collection, validation and consolidation of financial data from regional and corporate teams
- Assist senior team members in M&A activities, ad-hoc analyses and special projects
- Support the Global and Regional AFC teams to implement robust financial policies, controls, and forecasting practices
- Prepare presentations and financial materials for management and internal stakeholders
- Support the Consolidated financial statements and Accounting teams on a monthly basis on selected key areas (i.e. calculation of the consolidated bad debt and WIP provision)
- Deal with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and consultants.
Education
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in similar roles, previous experience in Big4 is considered a plus
- Experience with IFRS accounting standards
- Problem solving, proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in Italian and English

Compensation Data
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480). The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €30000 and €37000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements. The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
