RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Employer Branding & People Engagement Specialist to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global People Experience Division. This role offers a hybrid work model, ensuring flexibility and collaboration.
Mission
As a Global Employer Branding and People Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the strategies that define our company's employer brand and enhance employee engagement. You will support the talent attraction campaigns and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across our global organization.
Key Accountabilities
Employer Branding Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies that highlight the company’s unique value proposition.
- Create and manage content for various platforms, including social media, company website, and job boards, to attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality branding materials such as videos, articles, and infographics.
Advanced Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Design and execute innovative employee engagement programs that promote employee well-being, recognition, and development.
- Lead the organization and facilitation of engagement events such as leadership forums and corporate social responsibility activities.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators related to employer branding and employee engagement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership on the effectiveness of engagement strategies and programs.
- Utilize data to make informed recommendations for enhancing the employee experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with HR, marketing, and communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency in employer branding efforts.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address engagement-related concerns and foster open communication.
- Provide guidance and support the team members in executing engagement activities and projects.
Education
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful engagement and branding strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Training courses/certifications in HR
