RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Agile Manager to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Operational & Organizational Excellence Division.
Mission
The Global Agile Coach champions an evolution towards continuous improvement by fostering an Agile mindset across RINA. You'll coach, inspire, and mentor teams on Agile principles, values, practices, frameworks, and tools, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
Key Accountabilities
Igniting the Agile Spark
- Demystify Agile through engaging training, e-learning modules, workshops, and informative newsletters.
- Lead by example through a servant leadership approach, empowering teams to thrive.
- Champion Agile as a cultural shift, driving its adoption across RINA.
Empowering Teams for Success
- Orchestrate Agile processes and events like daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution.
- Navigate roadblocks and facilitate conflict resolution within teams.
- Bridge communication gaps and foster seamless collaboration.
- Champion continuous improvement, driving higher product quality, faster delivery cycles, and optimized workflows.
- Equip teams for smooth change implementation.
- Partner with Product Owners to visualize progress, prioritize the Product Backlog for maximum value, and deliver exceptional products.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Master's degree or postgraduate specialization in project management, process improvement, or problem-solving analysis (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with popular scaled Agile frameworks like Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe, and the Spotify Model.
- Working knowledge of Lean methodology.
Certifications and Skills
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in Agile methodologies to lead the way
- Certification as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach (Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scrum Education, Scrum Study) is a significant plus.
- Design Thinking knowledge is a strong asset.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge certification (e.g. Yellow Belt, Green Belt) is a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.
