Financial Reporting & Demand Advisor

RINA is currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting & Demand Advisor to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Administration & Finance Function.
Mission
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting economic and financial data, supporting the company’s decision-making process with clear reports and strategic insights. You will ensure data accuracy, develop advanced analytical models, and collaborate with different departments to optimize the company’s financial performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Translate business user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
- Work with internal and external teams and communicate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Attend functional requirements meeting and ensure all business requirements are being interpreted correctly
- Analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to the overall business model
- Work with implementation partner to prepare and maintain Business Requirements Document, Functional Specifications Document
- Coordinate with IT PM and Business dept to perform user acceptance test
- Communicate requested changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements in scope to PM
- Analyse all sites performances after the live and prepare reports
Education
Qualifications
- Analytical skills and functional design capabilities are essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience working on d-365 solution projects is a definite plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
