RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy Project Support Administrative Assistant - Categorie protette legge 68/99 to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Energy Project Solutions Division.
Mission
RINA is looking for an Administrative/Billing Assistant to join the Energy Project Support Team in Genoa.
Key Accountabilities
A Business Support Advisor with a focus on managing administrative tasks from the creation of a customer in a database to the issuance of invoices plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient business operations.
Major tasks are:
Creating and Issuing Invoices and Credit Notes in Company application software
Support in issuing Progress Report of Energy activities (Check and prepare Progress Report for customers), managing and data entry activities in customer site or portals
Support in preparing Monthly Report
Support in administrative duty
Management of company application software (customer creation, contract creation, revenues and costs)
Education
Qualifications & Experiences
Belonging to the special categories pursuant to Law 68/99 art. 1
Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Access and proficiency Excel)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and organizational abilities
Ability to manage deadlines and organize monthly and quarterly monitoring activities.
Pro-active customer focused approach.
