RINA is currently recruiting for a Design Verification & MWS Junior Project Manager to join its office in Genoa or Milan within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.

Mission

The Junior Project Manager will support other project managers throughout the project life cycle and will be responsible for supporting the execution of project plans, ensuring completion of deliverables within the defined deadlines, scope, and budget. The Associate Project Manager is accountable for obtaining and managing adequate resources to meet all project objectives in the most efficient and effective manner. #LI-MB4

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform day-to-day contractual management of projects and ensure its effective implementation 
  • Ensure effective and timely communications with clients and be their direct interface 
  • Liaise with Project Engineer and/or  Discipline Leaders
  • Establish and maintain the project monitoring, deal with the project administration and financial management
  • Assist in further development, implementation and monitoring of the overall projects implementation plan promoting RINA business   

Qualifications

  • Engineering Master's degree (preferably in Civil, Chemical, Naval or Energy Engineering) 
  • Experience in the Offshore field will be considered as a strong plus
  • 3-5 Years of experience as Project Manager in multidisciplinary engineering disciplines will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize the most relevant tasks at a given time
  • Great organizational skills and familiarity with a business mindset

Education

Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Energy Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Engineering or Civil Engineering
