RINA is currently recruiting for a Debt Administrator to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Corporate Finance Division.
Mission
As a Debt Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient debt management practices across the organisation. Your efforts will directly impact the optimisation of the company’s financial resources by implementing effective debt financing strategies. Through meticulous management of debt instruments and financial relationships, you will help align financing activities with the company’s strategic objectives and financial goals.

Key Accountabilities
Bank and Insurance Company Relationship Management:
- Management of bank financing for the RINA Group
- Request bond issues (e.g., bid, performance, and advance bonds) from banks and insurance companies, and assist in registering and filing them in the related systems.
Cash Flow Monitoring:
- Monitor daily cash positions and contribute to short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Contribute to the analysis of variances between forecasted and actual cash flows, providing insights for adjustments.
Compliance and Risk Support:
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of financial risks related to cash management activities.
- Contribute to the management of hedging contracts and derivatives in accordance with the Treasury Director, with a focus on interest rate risk.
Education
Qualifications
- From 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in finance, treasury, or debt management.
- Good understanding of financial principles, including financial analysis, risk management, and capital markets.
- In-dept knowledge of debt instruments, financing options, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with financial analysis, risk management, and capital markets.
