RINA is currently recruiting for a Customer Project Certification Internship to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.​

Mission

The Customer Project Certification Intern supports the planning, coordination, and optimization of certification activities, contributing to the management of project portfolios and gaining exposure to decision-making processes. The role focuses on developing operational knowledge, supporting resource organization, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the certification lifecycle, while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

Audit Planning & Coordination:

  • Support audit planning, scheduling, and task coordination.

Resource & Workload:

  • Assist in monitoring workloads and deadlines.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Support communication and coordination with internal teams.

Portfolio & Performance:

  • Assist in tracking deadlines, renewals, SLA, and KPIs.

Systems & Data:

  • Support data accuracy, reporting, and forecasting activities.

Backlog & Process:

  • Assist in backlog monitoring and process improvements.

Follow-up & Execution:

  • Support activity tracking, deadlines, and documentation checks.

Decision Support:

  • Assist in tracking processes and updating statuses.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Economics
High School Diploma/GED

Qualifications

 - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tools
 - Good command of English
