RINA is currently recruiting for a Civil Infrastructure Certification Senior Project Manager to join its office in Genoa or Milan or Bari or Rome, Italy within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division.

RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to join its office in Genoa or Milan, Bari, Rome - Italy within the Inspection body Rina Check S.r.l. operating in according to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020. #LI-MC1

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinating external and internal teams of professionals
  • Carrying out inspections on the basis of the project’s documentation.
  • Managing contacts and maintaining relationships with public and private clients;
  • Issuing and signing inspection reports
  • Coordinate and plan field assignments for project management activities;
  • Responsible for one or more projects / one or more clients;
  • Plan and schedule of work load of field personnel, ensure that the assignment requirements are understood and met by field personnel;
  • Assist field personnel in the execution of their assigned responsibilities;
  • Evaluate field personnel performance;
  • Ensure that all data entry into RINA systems is performed in accordance with the agreed systems and procedures;
  • Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the inspection body Rina Check Quality Management System;
  • Comply with HSE Policies, Proceduresand Guidelines;
  • Be aware of the quality of his/her own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role;
  • Manage direct liaison with customers, suppliers and field personnel;
  • Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors, keeping the stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all customer needs;
  • Ensure services are supplied to requirements and within cost and delivery targets;

Education

Master’s Degree in Engineering General or Architecture

Qualifications

  • Have gained experience with private or public stakeholders operating in the construction sector, in one or more of the following areas;
  • Inspection on the construction process and on design process in according to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020
  • Technical and administrative management from the design phase to the construction phase
  • Design and/or construction supervision
  • Registration in the relevant professional register
  • 5+ years of experience
