RINA is currently recruiting for a Career Development Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global People Experience Division.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborates in daily basis activities related to career management system; #LI-SV1
  • Helps the structure defining and crafting the development plans related to career management;
  • Support the operational management of People Growth & Succession process;
  • Provides help to the HR structure worldwide, in terms of support dealing with career management process.

Long Description

  • University degree in related matters (A master on HR/ Career/ Development majors can be a plus)
  • Previous experience in Career development management in a complex structure
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factor will be a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to design career development paths for different stakeholders and frames.
