RINA is currently recruiting for a Career Development Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global People Experience Division.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborates in daily basis activities related to career management system; #LI-SV1
- Helps the structure defining and crafting the development plans related to career management;
- Support the operational management of People Growth & Succession process;
- Provides help to the HR structure worldwide, in terms of support dealing with career management process.

Long Description
- University degree in related matters (A master on HR/ Career/ Development majors can be a plus)
- Previous experience in Career development management in a complex structure
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factor will be a plus
- Fluency in English
- Ability to design career development paths for different stakeholders and frames.
