RINA is currently recruiting for a Business Support Advisor to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.
Mission
A Business Support Advisor is essential in ensuring smooth operations through efficient management of administrative tasks. From formatting and organizing key documents to managing suppliers’ data and supporting project documentation, this role is important in maintaining seamless business functions and high internal customer satisfaction. #LI-VB1
Key Accountabilities
- General Secretariat: formatting and recording proposals, reports, letters, and various documentation
- Documentation Support for Tenders and QOHSE
- Maintenance Tickets: entering tickets for maintenance requests.
- Supplier Qualification Management: sending emails with forms, checking received forms, and forwarding to the corporate service for supplier inclusion.
- Customer Data Management in CRM: entering customer records in the CRM system.
- RDA and ODA Management: entering productive RDAs and releasing ODAs from framework contracts; Entering non-productive RDAs.
- Documentation Preparation for Visas: preparing documents for passport visas and document validation at consulates.
- Travel Management: managing travel arrangements for consultants
- Internal Training Courses Management
- CRM Data Cleaning
- Document Control for Project
Education
Qualifications
- Previous experience in business support, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and precision;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluency in Italian and a good level of English are required
