RINA is currently recruiting for a Business Support Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Energy Business Integration and Project Coordination Division.

Mission

We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to join the Energy Consulting Team. 

Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate will work on the administrative area of engineering projects and will manage the
project control activities, more specifically he/she will:    
• be involved in the monthly project controlling, supporting theproject managers in problem solving and
progress/final reporting
• support in issuing progress report of engineering activities (check and prepare progress report for customers),
managing and data entry in customer site or portals
• create and issue draft invoices and credit notes in company application software
• be involved in the supplier management support: help in qualifying procedure, create purchase suppliers
requests, check invoices and approve passive progress reports
• interact mainly with RINA project managers and engineering team internally, customers, partners, contractors,
suppliers externally #LI-MT3

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

Qualifications

  • Having 1-3 years’ experience in the similar roles will be considered as a strong plus
  • Perform advanced data analysis to generate insights into project performance, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Provide data analysis to improve project execution and efficiency.
  • Leverage Excel, PowerBI, and other data analysis tools to extract, clean, and interpret data from various project-related systems and sources.
  • Past experience in the accounting and finance department of a large company, preferably Engineering consulting will be a plus
  • Experience in accounting, finance and tax matters
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Access and profiency Excel)
