RINA is currently recruiting for a Bridge Engineer to join its office in Genova, Lecce or MIlano, Italy within the Civil Engineering Division.

Mission

The candidate will join the team of Road and Bridge Design within the BU Infrastructure. #LI-MP3

Key Accountabilities

Prepare finite element bridge models considering the applicable Italian and International codes
Analysis and design of bridges and viaducts (steel-concrete composite bridges, concrete bridges)
Assessment and retrofit of existing bridges
Prepare the technical specifications for in-situ material testing
Coordinate an assist the draft men in the development of the drawings and BIM models
Review of drawings
Prepare technical calculation reports

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in structural and bridge design
Hold a MSc in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Design
Have basic knowledge of the Italian and International Technical Codes for bridge design (NTC2018, Eurocodes, American Codes)
Have basic knowledge in SAP2000, Midas Civil
Have deep knowledge in dynamic and seismic analysis
Have good knowledge in English

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Civil Engineering
