RINA is currently recruiting for an Auditor ISO 37001.

RINA is looking for VAT-registered professionals for possible collaboration in the following role: 

Role Description

  • In-depth and documented knowledge of the legislation (legal, regulatory and "good practices") on the prevention of active and passive corruption and management of corporate integrity applicable to the country in which company's business is carried out.
  • The possession of the title of lawyer, accountant or auditor, former magistrate, judge or official of judicial authorities, will be considered as preferential title for the assignment of the technical area
  • Significant experience of at least 2 years gained through involvement in positions of significant responsibility in the management of anti-corruption systems or legal compliance or corporate crime 

 

Candidates must provide with a Technical Area LEG: Evidence of deep knowledge of local anti-bribery legislation as per following requisites:

  • At least 2.5 years of work experience related to the anti-bribery local legislation in the last 10 years.
  • Technical-legal consultancies including involving anti-bribery local legislation in the last 10 years    
  • Completed ABMS audit in the last 10 years (stage1+stage2, recertification)
  • Degree related to anti-bribery legal knowledge 
  • Theoric training on local environment legislation

LEG Technical Area cannot be achieved through audit activity only.

 

The audit activity can be performed remotely. The candidate must have experience in anti-corruption regulations of one between Chile, UK, New York, Italy, or Hungary.
