RINA is currently recruiting for a Administrative Project Support Advisor to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.

 

We offer a fixed term contract (maternity leave). 

Mission

A Project Support Advisor has a focus on managing the administrative tasks of engineering projects and project control activities. In this role, you will contribute to the overall development of the project by ensuring that administrative procedures are managed efficiently and accurately. #LI-VB1

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan and monitor the financial aspects of projects
  • Examine the revenues and costs for each project
  • Assist the Project Manager in generating progress reports for engineering activities
  • Prepare and issue draft invoices and credit notes using the company's application software
  • Track the performance indicators for projects
  • Support Project Managers in resolving issues
  • Oversee the timelines, renewals, and amendments of contracts
  • Manage data entry on customer sites or portals
  • Primarily interact with RINA Project Managers and the engineering team

Education

Master’s Degree in Economics
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management

Qualifications

  • While prior experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from recent graduates in Economics or related fields who are eager to develop their skills and grow in this area
  • Effective collaboration skills in team settings
  • Solid organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of Excel
