RINA is currently recruiting for a Accounting Specialist - Intercompany & Reporting to join its office in Genova (Italy) within the Global Planning & Control Division.
Mission
This is a stable accounting role within a structured and international Group, focused on day-to-day intercompany accounting, reconciliations and closing activities. The position sits in a well-organized Finance function and offers long-term continuity rather than a project- or consulting-based setup.
You will work closely with different internal stakeholders and contribute to the accuracy and reliability of Group accounting data.

Key Accountabilities
You will be involved in intercompany accounting activities across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger, supporting monthly closing processes and financial reporting. You will collaborate with Finance colleagues in a structured and predictable working environment.
Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliations

Manage intercompany AR and AP transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Reconcile intercompany balances and investigate discrepancies

Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Accounts Receivable & Payable

Process incoming and outgoing invoices in line with internal procedures

Monitor payments and support intercompany settlement activities

Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues efficiently
General Ledger & Reporting

Post journal entries and support general ledger reconciliations

Contribute to Group financial reporting and basic financial analysis

Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing reliable accounting data
Process improvement

Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and tools

Collaborate with Finance colleagues to increase efficiency and standardization
What we’re looking for

Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance
-
At least 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Solid knowledge of accounting principles

Experience with ERP systems and accounting tools

Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail

Ability to work in a structured and collaborative environment

Comfortable using English in a professional context (emails, documentation, calls)
