RINA is currently recruiting for an AI & Digital Business Innovation Manager to join its office in Genova, Milano or Taranto (Italy) within the Global Strategic Initiatives Division.
Mission
As AI & Digital Business Innovation Manager, you will support the implementation of AI and digital innovation initiatives by contributing to the design and improvement of business models, monitoring project performance, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Key Accountabilities
AI Business Design Support:
- Assist in the development of new AI-driven services and enhancement of existing business models.
- Provide operational support in gathering data and insights to inform AI business strategies.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving business processes through AI.
Innovation Management & Digital Portfolio Assistance:
- Support the management of digital innovation projects within the digital service portfolio.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on project KPIs such as ROI and P&L.
- Participate in promoting AI and digital innovation culture through workshops and training.
AI Factory Governance Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support for the governance activities of the AI Factory for Business.
- Help maintain project roadmaps and track progress toward strategic objectives.
KPI Monitoring & Reporting:
- Collect and organize data to support KPI monitoring and performance evaluation.
- Generate regular reports on project outcomes and provide basic analysis to guide decision-making.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with strategic goals.
- Support communication and coordination with external partners and vendors as needed.
Education
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Documented experience in AI project management with Agile methodologies.
- Advanced understanding of AI and digital technologies and their business applications is a plus.
- Ability to gather and analyze data to support project monitoring and reporting.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
